Another twenty six corrupt police officials of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police Force were suspended and inquiries against them have also been initiated. According to details, on the directives of Inspector General of Police Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Nasir Khan Durrani, corrupt and unscrupulous elements of the police department have been netted in the ongoing campaign.
In Kohat Region 11 Police Officers of different ranks were suspended. They included 1 Inspector, 4 Sub-Inspectors, 3 Assistant Sub-Inspectors and 3 other officials. Similarly, 15 police officials of different ranks were suspended on the charges of corruption in Hazara region.
It may be recalled that 117 police officials of 4 Regions have been suspended so for in the ongoing campaign against corrupt police officials.
