LAHORE: Doctors have declared the five-year-old rape victim completely fit and allowed her to leave for home, Geo News reported.
Sources said a panel of doctors visited the girl on Wednesday and declared her completely healthy. They also allowed her to leave the hospital.
Sources added that until the girl is in the hospital she would remain in the ICU and could not be shifted to the ward owing to security reasons.
Meanwhile, the family of the girl stated that they could not shift the minor home until security clearance and the arrest of perpetrators.
On the other hand, two policemen arrested in connection with this case were released on Wednesday. Police said Abid and his friend were arrested a few days ago.
Police have also released Zafar and Amir Shahzad after negative medical reports.
