A Transparent Relief Distribution Mechanism has been put in place to ensure transparency in earthquake affected areas. The District Administration of Awaran informed the visiting Minister of State for Petroleum and Natural Resources‚ Jam Kamal Khan along with a delegation. The delegation was told about relief and rescue efforts carried out so far in the affected areas by all relevant authorities including Pakistan Army‚ Frontier Corps‚ National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA)‚ and Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMAs). The administration said NDMA has delivered over nine thousand food pack to the earthquake affected areas of Baluchistan. As many as 27‚140 shelters have been provided to these affected areas.
