PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa police Inspector General (IG) has suspended 26 more policemen including six inspectors, taking the total of suspended policemen to 117 during the last two days for their unsatisfactory performance, Geo News reported Sunday.
Sources said twenty-six more policemen have been suspended on the directive of KPK police IG Nasir Durrani for their performances much below the mark. Among the suspended policemen eleven belong to Kohat Division and 15 from Hazara Division, while departmental enquiry has been started against them, sources said.
