CM invited to Iran

PESHAWAR: Iranian Ambassador Ali Raza has invited Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Pervez Khattak to visit Iran besides extending generous offer of assistance and cooperation in various sectors including energy, mineral development, agriculture, education and health insurance.

According to a handout, the chief minister accepted the invitation and announced to visit Iran soon to see the pace of development himself there as well as promote trade and economic relations with Iran at provincial level.

The invitation was extended to him on behalf of the Iranian government as well as governors of two provinces Isfahan and Sheraz that was conveyed by the Iranian ambassador during courtesy call at Chief Minister’s Secretariat on Wednesday.
