PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has appointed Azmat Hanif Orakzai as chief commissioner and Maj (r) Attaullah Khan as commissioner of the Khyber Pakhtun-khwa Right to Public Services Commission from the date of their entering upon the office.
